As some one outside of the US, I just don't understand the constant need for asking for diversity or equal outcome in every domaine, shouldn't it be more focused on asking for the same opportunity for everyone regardless of color instead of the outcome? equal opportunity should already be the case in most civilised countries today no? or maybe I'm just ignorant of the matter.
