22. The current price of BTC is a function of the interaction between buy orders and sell orders. On the buyside, the halving is already priced in. On the sell side it's not priced in because miners sell most of the BTC they mine. After the halving, the miners will have fewer BTC to sell over time. This will be bullish for BTC, not necessarily immediately at the halving, but in the 12 months following the halving. Of there are many other factors that could come into play but I'm assuming ceteris paribus.
