10. Great video. I have never scripted anything and never will for all the reasons you mentioned. If you know your stuff and are comfortable with it, it's never an issue.

21. I agree with the intro tip. I don't mind short, basic ones, but some go on for way too long. The more I try to create quality content, the more I realize that people's time is valuable, and any content you use in a video should really add value. I'm not sure about outtros, though. I don't personally use one at the moment, but I have definitely been giving it some serious thought. I understand the point that was made, but I also think they could provide the opportunity to engage new viewers by making it easy for them to see what else you have to offer. Totally agree with avoiding scripts, though! I know it's probably necessary for certain channels, but I find people to be more relatable and delivery to be more authentic when people go off the cuff, so to speak. Plus, it just feels more natural.

23. Thanks @Savvy Sexy Social this just goes to show that once you have an engaged audience, intros and outros don't really matter much. Plus most of your loyal subscribers want to skip past intros and leave before outros play anyway. However if you are still growing your subscriber base I think a super short outro might still be helpful. What are your thoughts on this?
