Welcome back guys! Here’s the F-150 Regular Cab Short Bed (RCSB) with 5.0 Coyote V8 and the big Gen 6 3.0L Whipple Supercharger, the Stage 1R 795HP package! This Boosted F-150 is one of the most fun vehicles I’ve ever driven.

* Jake’s specific truck is a late production 2024, because of the 2024 mid gen refresh there are no meaningful changes for 2025. And because the Whipple kit is ready to go for the 2025 Trucks now hitting dealer lots this video will be more usefully insightful for the 2025 model year in which you may consider having a Stage 1R truck built.

  1. So sick. I wanted to get one of these so bad I seriously considered it but I knew I would get sick of the single cab and driving s truck gets old. I’m probably the only person who was cross shopping a whippled mamalona with an outback 😂😂😂

  2. Thanks for your review of the best selling vehicle of America. If I had an extra million dollars, perhaps I would buy one.
    In the good old days, any pickup was a simple honest piece of equipment that just got the job done. 2WD was the standard and most people would settle for that, and just throw a bale of hay in back for the winter traction. And, unless you had a business requiring a pickup, a horse trailer to pull, or a camper to slide in; a pickup was considered frivolous and too big to park and too uncomfortable to daily drive. Maybe it’s my modest financial upbringing, but when I walk by driveway after driveway, i often see a truck with a clean never used bed, large knobby tires and perhaps a jacked up chassis that costs close to six digits, that is perhaps to big to shove into a garage that is full of things, is that truck really worth all the financial strain even if it’s a status symbol or a fulfillment of a midlife crisis or bucket list?

    My sister has a F-150 that she has had for 10 years, for hauling horse trailers, but now no more horses for her, and it sits in her driveway too, with a garage full of junk. If she is lucky, it will get maybe 14 mpg on the highway, and the ride is tolerable if she leaves a few hundred pounds of junk in the bed.
