Regarding "well china has been doing this for years," I think we as a society have to decide, is it better for only a few large entities (government, large corporations) to have access to wide data and tracking abilities, or is it better for everyone to have access to quick data analysis. I know it's kinda scary to have everyone be able to get publicly available data on everyone else, but I kinda feel like that is safer than only governments/corporations. Kinda like "If everyone is a superhero, then no one is." Allows us all to cross-check ourselves or defend ourselves if something ever comes up.
one of my issues with most tech coverage is what adam says around the 55th minute mark “not to get political” because tech is inherently POLITICAL. we see tech used for policing, profiling, invading, genocide enabling and so much more but nope, everyone’s happy discussing the new cute pixel 9 leaks. Sure.

I've come to the conclusion that listening to David try to explain something is the story telling equivalent to watching a very drunk person try to walk a straight line.

Andrew seems to have done more research of the LTT screwdriver than David with the WordPress issue!
As the most tech-knowledgeable of the three, David is frustrating is listen to about nuanced issues. He seems to say a lot but glosses over nuances that would make his information more valuable. David, WP in WP Engine does stand for WordPress, although that would be the insinuation. It would be very bad for them to call themselves 'WordPress Engine' in full and WP Engine in short. That would get them sued for trademark infringement.

The stiletto is overrated. I'm more of a Martinez M1 kinda guy myself.
I can’t speak on the pacing of the wild robot but as for the story I think David is definitely wrong. The first 10 minutes sets up the basis for the rest of the film. It was definitely a kids movie with an adult nuance in the background.

Guys, id really just like a flat, lighter, smallish pixel. The giant sensors aren't making pixel phones photos that much better. IIRC Pixel 7a won your photo contest last year with smaller sensors?
David is certainly giving it his all, even without diving into the depths of research. His claims might remind one of a poorly trained AI model experiencing a bit too much imagination. So, let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. With a bit of time and a sprinkle of knowledge, he might just surprise us all! ✌
