Got the app so i could check out those skyscraper wallpapers, didnt mind watching 2 ads to get the sd version, however, after giving it a proper look i noticed some inconsistencies in the buildings and lo and behold, it was ai all along… Guess ill stick to good old backdrops as my wallpaper app

I pay for my apps in BRL (Brazilian currency), and MKBHD's wallpaper app is more expensive than the 1Password (annual). It's also more expensive than Amazon Prime (annual). It's a wallpaper app!

Seems to me as if they didn't want to spend time doing the backend what so ever. Looks like the project of a junior dev if you ask me. Imagine not having any authentication + authorisation what so ever.
