Would have liked to see you address trunk space. I'm glad Volvo's entering the 3-row SUV space, but for now the Kia EV9 still wins for me. Physical controls for everything you'd want to do, much lower price point.
ROLLS ROYCE😮
10:04 and this is where you knew better than to say a child
Such a bad comparison to rolls royce. Also such a bad comparison to tesla.
$100,000 for a normal car. Prices are completely out of control
What about the trunk and space with seats down? For those buying a 3-row family SUV, understanding the space for stuff is important. Now I need to look for another video to find out…
As a Volvo tech, these things are JUNK plagued with bugs
The trend of removing all physical controls for a big touch screen that controls everything in the vehicle legitimately needs to stop. It's done for cost cutting, is a safety hazard on the road, and makes repairs on the interior a genuine nightmare. Plus, new Volvo's reliability doesn't exist to begin with
Another post piss car review
soooooo ugly, it looks like those disposable chinese cars
gah its sooooo much uglier than the older body style!!! WHYYYYYYYYYYY did they do that!!! so stupid
Do the new Vinfast VF 9
this is what you get from a new chinese car basically
He didn't mention the headlights…
I honestly prefer the cleaner look with less physical controls. I like less buttons on the door for the windows and the hvac controls on the screen.
Making adjustments without physical buttons while driving is just asking for trouble. It's a great looking car, but let's get those dials and buttons back.
That is a butt-ugly automobile. I'll take the X, no question.
So it's like the old android flagship killers, 90% of Apple performance but at 30% cost?😂 Need to tell Orange to ban Volvo sales in America because its technically China owned!😂
If you had to choose between this and the Polestar 3, which one would you choose, and why?
Why is this man always walking through a jungle to film the cars 🥴
Not my type on the exterior side but these will probably sell like hot cakes when they are 20k-30k cheaper.
Volvo is owned by Geely. Does it mean that the Chinese cars restrictions in the US will apply to them?
Volvos nowadays are what Mercedes used to be: subdued, outstanding, and simply unique. It's not made to show off, it's owner It's not trying to be better than you; he just is, and you know it.
I work at a Volvo dealership. I think that you hit the nail on the head for about 75% of the EX90. Quiet? Yes. Drives nice? Yes. Nice materials? Yes. Great but expensive B & W sound? Yes. Volvo has and always seems to do a great job on keeping the interiors simple while high quality.
But that's where they end and where the 25% not so good comes in. Door handles on outside? Terrible. Screen? Terrible. Putting just two power window switches instead of 4? Bad. Having to go 2 or 3 layers deep into the screen just to adjust the stupid wheel and/or outside mirrors? Beyond terrible. Reliability thus far? Bad. So I feel like Volvo came so close to perfection, but then some moron people in some office decided to F it up with the things I mention.
Volvo seats are magic. You've never experienced a truly good seat until you've sat in a Volvo. ❤
My sister got one 2 months ago and volvo had it for 1.5 months. Its really nice but so many issues. Key cards dont work, screen crashed 3 times and she got locked out a few time. They ended up replacing the computer but maybe wait for their 2026 models with the new computer and NACS built in. But it is so nice. I wish my model x had a few things from the volvo
I’d take the Cadillac Vistiq
It’s very expensive let it rot
Y’all noticed the side mirrors?? Basically no bezels and the designs of them are unique
Still FUGLY as hell.
The six seat version is nicer with more room in the 2nd (captains chairs) and 3rd row
