12. my Tecno Camon 12 Air never got any Android update & my camon 20 only get 1 Android Update, now this device will get 2 major update … "Transsion Holdings" is very slow about learning customer requiremnts

37. i've been using a gt20 pro for the last few months, and it's been an absolute joy. ive always used Xiaomi/Poco phones up until recently. what i realized is, Xiaomi & Transsient Holding phones are very similar hardware-wise. but the user experience are vastly different.

    in Xiaomi, I'd always get blasted with ads everywhere i go. the notifs, the file manager, literally everywhere not to mention the series of very annoying bugs that'd appear from time to time. Infinix had none of those. Plus, Infinix's aftersales service is better compared to Xiaomi's, at least here in my place. stories where Xiaomi's SC declined genuine factory defect & label them as user error has been appearing quite a lot these past few months on local forums
