9. This is where I say one of the FEW things I do to a point agree with from the EU. If you are of the "Rich" variety, You will be given a ticket based on a percentage of INCOME vs. just a standard flat fee.
   Money means nothing to rich enough people. 55 dollars? nothing. That's a tank of gas for the WEEK for you or me but not rich people.
   The percentages are small, we're not talking 20% or anything but it affects those of higher status much harder than the rest.
   The state already has your taxes for the previous few years so they know what you make on average already.
   1% of 200k is a lot. It still wouldn't be that much in percentage more than likely but you get the gist.

22. The school zone thing may not even be a issue depending on the day, and time of day. School zones infractions only pertain to times of day.
