I have an Avata 2 and LOVE IT but it DOES NOT have obstacle avoidance.
Now I want a Neo. $199 not bad for an add on.🔥🔥
DJI Neo has issue. Just got mine on 6 Nov 2024 and on 2nd day it shows "Downward vision sensor error" Contact DJI service center, Just tell me it's irrepairable due to mainboard problem and no replacement. 😢Really disappointed with DJI. So do I just need to scrap a brand new drone 😡 Buy at your own risks
The Avata 2 doesn't have any obstacle avoidance, that back fisheye cameras are for stabilisation when you don't have gps (ex. Inside a house)
I was bought Dji Neo and Goggle 3 .amazing
how about the new dji neo fly motion combo at $480 (3 batteries, goggles and motion controller)? good buy for beginner?
I was waiting for 11.11 discount and bought Neo Motion Fly more combo kit with extra batteries, googles and motion controller for 445 $. I think it's a real deal.
Those goggles of dji neo and hand control can be use for other model of dji? Or it is just for the neo only? Thanks
I'm looking at the Neo for the logistics of flying over people and moving vehicles. No matter what the weight is you'll need to register the aircraft if you're a content creator or any other business-related flights because you'll be a part 107 licensed pilot. I might research this a bit more to see if I really do need the accessories for what I need it for.
Avata 2 weight is over 250 gr!!! Lots of fuss and money to be allowed to fly it. Adds extra to the price of avata 2. It will be the neo and my iphone.
ive had a lot of pl that said that why not…ok, can you film a model railroad withnit? if yes the its ok, if no, then doince care
nobody says thye most important thing, its better indor
How far can they go ?
Having to register it a massive hassle and there are so many areas that yiu can't fly. Under 250g this is for fun not professional use. The avata maybe better but a hassle with following Aviation laws
I have an Air 3 and the Neo works with the air 3's remote so I can get a Neo with batteries for under $300 and have a true cat 1 drone!
Great video! Thank you so much sir! I was almost sucked-in by the price!
Reason #11. The stand alone Neo is a great complementary drone for those that have an AIR3/AIR3S with an RC2 controller that's compatible for both models.
I have the DJI fpv drone, can i use my goggle and remote that came with it, on this little unit?
Why do you need the controller and the goggles? Couldn't you just get the controller?
Waiting for neo 2 hope upgrade obstacle avoidance
I own avata 2 and today a bought NEO just for fun
Want to buy this to my 8 years old to replace the "toy" drone she's using at the moment. I think that to get started, she want to start capturing videos and the one she has currently is total crap 😛 The avata2 would be overkill at her age in my opinion. Thanks for the video 🙂
Would neo can do hiking mountain videos
The avata don’t have tracking that’s my issues all drones should have tracking shouldn’t be able to follow the subject so that’s why I chose neo
its leaked that dji may be working on an fpv bundle for the neo, priced at about 529 euros (leaked price), aka £440 or $529
I am new to drones and planning to buy one. Do you suggest to buy a used DJI mavic air(1st gen) or a new DJI Neo ? Both of them cost the same.
Why do we need to buy googles and motion sensor for neo?
Good video. Can you use the controller that comes with the DJI Air 2 S?
I have both avata 2 is way better for sure but I didn’t know it has obstacle avoid I’m crash a few time a ready
Avata 2 is not tang good on wind either i Iove it but I’m thinking on getting a air 3 or Mav
My understanding is the only way to fly the avata 2 is with the goggles and controller. Where you’re not restricted by this with the neo.
Thanks. SO THIS IS WEIRD… I can't find the Neo on DJI's site under drones, it only shows up if you search from the main homepage…. ANYWAY, does it work with an RC 2 controller? …if I want to upgrade or just have two drones, one for home, one for travel overseas. ???
Nice comparison dude…what is the price and capability difference? Thanks…
Nothing mentioned about the sound the props make on the Neo.
The Avata & Avata 2 sound like a swarm of bees. I want something quiet like the Mini pro 3.
I already have the FPV Drone for fun/fast flying. The swarm of Bee's is actually a selling point, but there are outdoor settings I want to use a drone for where I don't want to startle people.
but you forgot to mention in the start that neo can be driven with App as well so no need for extra.
Gutkowski Meadows
The need for the controller purchase is reasonable but not that much for the goggles…
Thanks for the infos. You thought on buying the Neo with the RC 2 controller and later add the mini 5 Pro?
Ima get a neo from Amazon then return it 30 days later and get a Avada 2. Just enough time for a check to come. Lol maybe just keep both.🤷🏿♂️
Avata 2 and neo should have both 😁
not enough informative. u talk too much man! just need video quality proof of the drone.
