  1. Not in the US but outside US definitely because the US is becoming a place where its too expensive to live. Im almost considering moving to Mexico and working remotely because I can have a much better life there while getting paid in USD

  2. "affordable for the masses, people can purchase without thinking twice" $25000 is a lot if money. Most people out here arent buying brand new cars, theyre buying used cars around the 10-15k range. The working and middle classes are suffering right now, and many who are buying more expensive cars really cant afford them. I usually likenyour content Marques, but the disconnect between you and the people is starting to show.

  3. Jeezes dude, in europe a lot of ev s under 30k with 300km range, the fiat has apple / android car play….😮 Maybe you should take a flight outside the Us ….

  4. I'm a simple guy, all I care about, does it get me from A to B quietly and safely and does the air conditioning work well on the hot days.

  5. WOW this is a seriously under researched video. Funny how a side channel for "casual showcases" has the power to bankrupt companies. His American side is showing in some of these videos.

  6. I love this car. Have owned one for 3 years now and it's been rock solid. Only real Gripes I have is to do with the solid sounding but volume-wise weak speakers and the sometimes iffy self driving when it starts to rain. Otherwise she's solid. Tech works great with wireless android auto, one pedal driving is smooth, nothing has broken, very comfortable and fairly quiet for the size and class, rear seats handy and when drunk the tallest guys (200cm) love trying to squeeze themselves in… And of course parking is the easiest thing ever with a small turning circle, compact dimensions and a good backup camera (which does get covered in grime within about 10 minutes of driving).
At 32 it's certainly a great deal, with some options I paid €38k. Would do it all over again though!

  7. @AutoFocus i talked to few car dealers in europ, i own a 500e. its look like they are pushing leasing, with lower monthly payment. So they can "sell " the ev twice. Prices are totaly arbitrary imo.

  8. The 500e is a smash hit in europe, cheaper than most EV´s out there but still decent range and other features. Fiat should make larger 4- door version and Stellantis could use their world domination plans to once again bring them to the US. But I fear that the USA will once again not get the concept of small cars…

  9. The funny part is.. tax subsidies and tax payer money invested in these ev companies.
And then they sell sub par ev at high cost..
    Welcome to america 😮

  10. Electric is unsustainable. The president of Toyota predicts that it will level out at 35% electric and the rest will be a combo of Hydrogen Fuel Cell and conventional internal Combustion. The real future (not in my lifetime) is Hydrogen Fuel Cell.

  11. And the New Citroën C3e, which starts at 23k € and 300km of range. For 28k you will get the version with much more features. So that's around 25k, I think. But … in Europe cars can be small and sometimes have to. And the next city isn't far away … so we like to have more range, but most of the time we don't need it.

  12. Will you review ev cars that are available outside of USA? like BYD for example. And if you're interested with hybrid as well, they just unveil new models and phev engine that could have 2100 km range.

  13. This is not really a new car, the 500e has been on the market since 2020, it's just a refresh of that model. It also has Android Auto and Apple Car Play. It's also by far not the cheapest EV on the market… i really like MBKHDs videos, but sometimes it feels like he and his team aren't really doing their research for some things.

  14. The Aptera approach is one way to get there. I don't know if they will ever raise enough money to get into production but if they can then the 250 mile version should be able to hit that price point. The Aptera is ultra efficient. It has a coefficient of drag of only 1.3 and weighs about 1800lbs. Put that together and you get 10 miles per KWh. A 25KWh battery will get it 250 miles of range. The Fiat has a 42KWh battery and it only goes 140 miles.

  15. In Italy, and i think is the same in the rest of Europe we have one pedal drive. I'm the owner of a 500e 42kwh battery (the largest version). The price you say for this version is the one I paid for my version (the more expensive one here is 33/35 depending on the optionals.

  16. You should check out the Tata Nexon EV (India) It is priced at 20k USD(converted from INR) in the 465km range and has excellent features at that price.
India is a really competitive market you'll feature in-budget vehicles that you won't believe possible at that price.🤯

  17. As aMuricans are born to live and die in cars, and assumed that batteries won’t get cheaper and loose weight, nope. No one there will squeeze him/herself into such a tiny box, only to get "Hummer’ed" by one of his/her fellows in a Cyber*uck sooner or later.

  18. It is a big car if you have to drive around the old towns of Italy where it is a two way road only room for a car and a half, stone walls on each side and people drives like they have stolen the car they are in. 😀
