These companies are understandably trying to find the way but failing. The thing is that 90% of young people have unlimited data and chatGPT app on their phone. We don't need this. And yes, while whisper is amazing, you can't really talk to chatgpt and it won't talk to you back but that will be solved in no time when Google releases Assistant with Bard. At least in Europe, in US you'll have to wait till Apple does the same.
It is still very slow to answer questions.
If something like this should be usable daily (at least for me), it should be very fast and correct!
Once the company goes under, it's a 200$ brick. Unlike a smartphone. No point buying it till 3rd party apps start to get released, which will never happen cuz profit.

I feel like AI has spurred on a bunch of wannabe tech companies to stand on the work of generative AI and resell it in needless ways. The fact that they want the Rabbit to eventually make UI for itself says enough to me personally.
If it is sitting there "doing nothing" and draining battery dramatically, is it really "doing nothing"?

Design-wise it's cute, reminds me of Nintendo DS days. However wouldn't be very useful to me when I already have a smartphone.

Why on earth someone with a smartphone having clearly better display, speakers, battery, and connectivity will buy this box which doesn't do anything that the phone can't do.
For a device that thick, 1000 mAh is pathetic. It easily fits 5000 mAh.
Somehow it seems to me like a perfect teenage engeneering product. An absurd, nonsensical product with weird, unexpected controls and unnecessary, childish colors. As all their products are. Really, never understood how they became so well known.
