I swear if some guy makes a YouTube video about drop testing it or even drop testing it from 15,000 feet like what.
You're gonna be so dissappointed when you put it on on an Airplane… Tried it with my Quest 3.. and well.. let's just say that when the plane moves, it thinks you are moving.. even with tracking turned off, because most of the outside in tracking is done with gyroscope. I'd be surprised if VisionPro is very different.
Watching on Meta Quest 3 😄
The Vision Pro battery is larger in size than the battery bank from Anker but has a smaller capacity for 3 grand. That should have been an option too.
Let’s goo 🔥🔥🔥
The Vision Sock is cute
I can’t wait for Apple to lunch the fourth version of this and remove, the band, the charger, the battery, the seals and the cover from the box and obviously increase the price for $3999 the base unit
So it's still a tethered VR headset, just tethered to the battery? There's no internal battery?
You made it not exciting i i swear😅
There are some awesome design decisions there. Looks really nice too. But $3.5k is just too much . $1.5k was balked at with the Meta Quest Pro, this is a purely enthusiast device and while I'm sure name alone will keep it alive in some form, I cannot imagine this will be more than a flash in the pan. Still, as a VR-lover I'm hoping it does well, the genre needs as much love as it can get.
I want only be box. How much Apple sell it for??
People have to remember this is still a Gen 1 product. Over time this will get smaller and smaller. Think of every techs first model; the iPhone, Macintosh, iPad etc. all are much bulkier.
Orange pull tab reminds me of the rack-mounted Mac Pro which I just got
the cable on the battery is fixed and cannot be removed. Of course Apple would do that. If the cable breaks, you are forced to buy a new battery. USB c would have been much better
I have to say I'm blown away by how simplistic it is. What I mean by this is, how easy it is to change and adjust things. The lenses, the head frame the foam bands etc. You don't have to fiddle around to clip things in and struggle, break things even.. The simple use of magnets, and bang it aligns and is attached. The thought process and engineering behind this, to me, is amazing. How can we make this simple and easy to use? (Interesting to see that probably for the first time they have an instruction manual in the box!!) I'm interested to see how this, like the iPhone did, will develop over time. Great to see the unboxing, looking forward to the next videos.
That screen showing the eyes looks hilariously bad in the thumbnail
I felt the weight on my face watching Marques wearing it. Looks so heavy.
So I've been using this for 3 months now
m – mili – 0.001 M – mega – 1000000 Big difrence on the battery 5:12
I am looking forward to the future of AR!
🙂
$3,500. Nah. Thats a down payment on a used car. Or enough to buy a fairly decent gaming PC. Far too much for a VR system that will work exclusively on Apple products.
it's smaller than I think
Apple’s environmental spirit is missed😂😂😂
Well, I am going to use this for one thing…
Imagine getting fired while wearing this
I think this would easily pass for an April Fool's joke. 😂
Instead of just doing a universal connection apple had to come up with their own 'because'. I get it 'it's apple' it's what they do – but every time they decided to do non-standard they're locking large chunks of the world out.
(me, barely able to afford rent, watching this with a critical eye)
I might be nitpicking but Apple not including the zeiss lenses as complementary is kinda bullshit, not very inclusive considering the overall cost of this thing
Why do you need this gigantic thing on your head? 🤷♂️🤷♂️ why the charger is in the box? Not fair Apple. I want to buy the charger separately.
I’m sure the consumer model will have better packaging I hope, this one dosent give the apple packaging effect
that was somehow soothing
Shut up and don’t take my money 😂
It’s look cool, but 2 hour or less battery sound like stretch.
