As long as there are chingchi rickshaws on these roads, there will be no proper impact for building these massive structures, please see the shahdara round about area, it is enough to cater the traffic without any hassle but due to these chingchi mafias, still there is blockage of traffic, govt should take strict action regarding these as shahdara is the main entrance for lahore and not only cars but heavy vehicles ( buses, tractors, loaders etc are entering from other cities through this access.
