It's funny how the costliest was the least accurate. Bdw why didn't you use the latest galaxy watch 6?
My pixel watch 2 is winning π
Although I would at least 7 repetitions of 1000 steps to get a minimal distribution from each
What happened to appleπ
the ones closest to your wrist were more accurate do it all individually multiple times and track the average
I find very interesting the position of the watches on the arms because the pixel and the samsung were more accurate and made similar measurements but also were more close to the wrist while the apple and the other one were far from the wrist but still made similar results between them π€
Watch 3 and not the 5?
I'm pretty sure that wasn't a Samsung Watch 3
Bruh your galaxy watch is like 3 gens old
well @TheQuantifiedScientist is doing it all this while. helped me with my choice of smartwatch
He looking like a rapper with all of those watches
thanks for the useless video – you do realize that most (all) people just have one of these and could care less if they are exactly perfect
Come on, we are already at Galaxy Watch 6
This is EXACTLY what Iβve been waiting for
Kinda expected Apple to be more accurate lol
After you finished walking you refresh the Garmin? Otherwise is not going to show you the real counting because it refresh every certain steps and you need to refresh it manually if you want to see the correct result.π just trying to defend Garmin (I have thr Fenix 6)
This is s cross-sectional study, do a longitudinal study also π
My apple watch never and I mean never knows when I'm working out and just disregards 30 minutes on a tread mill lol.
Stop wasting your life
I think Mkhb doesn't like Samsung stuffs because how can he use a 3yr old watch?
Marqueees, you can't just drop a DnB banger like that and not give us the ID
Seems like the watches closer to the wrist both were more accurate. I wonder if that actually influences the results
nice Pixel!
Why did he use the galaxy watch 3 when im literally wearing the galaxy watch 6 right now makes no sense
Yo Marques what time is it?
Don't buy the $9 one… spend a hundred times more to be 17% more accurate π
Why that old Galaxy Watch 3 but ?
Pixel and galaxy were on wrist apple and garmin slightly above wrist
Los 2 que se acercan menos estΓ‘n mΓ‘s "arriba" en el antebrazo, es posible que eso haya influido algo?
The two most accurate ones he wore properly on his wrist. The other two on his forearm. Hmmm.
Need to repeat this test again and again!
Apple sucks so bad
Yes, but we should also take into account the way you calculate a step and the way the watches do it is different? π€·ββοΈ
But would having a watch further down your arm and further up affect counts?
Man's out here doing science!
This is a great video idea! mkbhd the Youtube GOAT
Bro will always know the time
But why the newest apple ultra watch and not the newest Samsung watch
Now that is some drip right there π
Galaxy watch 3?
Interesting. Of course, I grew up with OG, made-of-metal mechanical pedometers. I wonder how those would stack up?
When you talked maybe you lost count a bit?
3 and a half year old watch, being just behind the pixel that is brand new and also the watch ultra 2 that's brand new. Garmin is 2 years old but still much newer than the galaxy watch. Impressed with galaxy watch
My galaxy A53 is good for this π
Now try phones that measure steps, without the aid of a connected watch.
Now switch watches like put the apple closer to ur hand
None of them will ever be accurate unless theyβre strapped to your ankle! Them things count steps every time you move your arm!! π
the pedometer in the iPod nano 7 was so inaccurate
