3. DBrand are the worse company when it comes to costumer support . It’s all and good until they send you wrong case . They sent me wrong case . I tried to contact them it’s only through email . No chat no phone nothing . They never replied to my email . I waited a month . I had to go to my bank and file a complain about this company as scam .took my 150$ . Never ever again I’m buying anything from them

13. first time i saw my friend's casetify case I forgot what specifically but they were using brand elements blatantly, I only remembered how shook I was that they weren't getting sued or how they were getting away with it. lol

16. Definitely wasn’t an intern, I’ve been a design intern before and I’ve worked with interns when I became a designer and they just do basic office work, helping the designers, doing what they’re told. This would have been either a designer or a buyer that copied.

28. Honestly.. the inside out cases was what made me give casetify a go (shipping dbrand to the UK is expensive!!) but the quality was awful!!! The imagine was so soft and blurry i complained and they were like “nah thats right….” And wanted to charge me £20 more than i paid to return the product…. So sketchy….
