4. I want to share my unfortunate experience with a product from this sub standard drone provider.. We encountered significant issues with the first two drones we purchased from them. Both drones crashed within hours of their initial launch. At the direction of the company we paid for the shipping back to get them repaired.. Sadly they never replaced Drones nor did they provide a refund, In short they stole our money. We thoroughly documented these incidents, including videos and emails exchanged with the CEO of the company. I would be happy to share the emails back-and-forth between us in the company…

   Regrettably, despite our efforts to address these issues with the company and request a refund or replacement, our concerns were not resolved satisfactorily. This experience has left us disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and the company's response.

   I'd like to caution potential buyers to carefully consider their purchase from Eric Hu CEO of this company. It's essential to research and read reviews from various sources before making any decisions. While our experience may not reflect the entire range of their products or services, it's crucial to approach such purchases with caution.

5. Hey Dustin I didn’t see you use the tool to tighten the props. It’s really important you use the tool as there have been instances where customers props have come off in flight. I work for swellpro in the uk.

Perfect example of what not to do Even if it’s waterproof or not, you don’t want to dunk it in water because even though it’s waterproof, dunking it in a clean water bath like you you showed will get water inside the contacts where the propellers sit and you do not want water sitting in there because the water overtime will make the metal rust do you get this the water off? Yes rub off the shelf water or just gently clean it with fresh water.

16. I purchased my first drone after watching one of Dustin 's videos(Mavic pro). Since then I have purchased a Mavic Pro2(my son confiscated, Parrot Disco(crashed into gator filled lake). All inspired by Dustin's videos. I'm due for an update. Thank you Dustin!
