A few days ago I commented saying I wouldn't mind the yellow iphone if I could afford it, then someone replied saying they can help out….yooh my excitement, but then when I opened my comment to respond to him his comment disappeared…broh
For me it was Instagram on iOS17 (until the last Instagram update), on my 15 Pro AND 13 Pro Max. Just having it open was enough to heat both phones. So my guess is that it's a software issue, maybe a combination of an iOS bug and a bug in an app.
Such an honest review and hard work. But still apple hates him and won't call him in launched
S23 it's charging at 45W compared to IPHONE 20W or 27W
I’ve had my phone for five days with no problem.
Top speaker also has issues above 80% volume. Sounds like if water is stuck in inside.
mine's just fine, no overheating.
my 2013 3gb ram 5.5 full hd 401 ppi , android phone died in 2020 , and the battery never heated it just went off and won't boot , if I change the battery and the buttons flex it will work just fine . Enough power for a phone . The heat never went to 100.
Good video, but ur making apples job easy
I noticed this on my iPhone 12 pro. It overheats every time i charge it and stalls at 80%
Some web pages with gazillion adds and no content, when I look at them, accidentally, my 12 pro max starts heating pretty badly. Other than that, never an issue of heat with the 12 PM. It is still giving me a whole day of usage and it is still soo good that I just can't bring myself to renew it. I will wait until the notch or the inamic dyland is considerably shrunk in size to get a new model. Perhaps next year?
why are content creators having to do these tests instead of the QA department for a multibillion dollar company? lol
If the problem was structural due to the titanium frame, wouldn’t we be seeing the overheating issue in all or most of the pro devices, particularly among power users such as tech reviewers putting the phone through its paces? The fact that only some are experiencing this problem but many are not suggests that what Apple is saying about it being primarily a software issue, and perhaps certain types of usb-c chargers, is correct.
Been experiencing the heating quite a while… at first I thought it was because of the updates. First time experienced that kind of heat… Until the temp indicator popup on my screen saying hight temp.
yay happy ending
I've heard that a lot of this is actually caused due to Instagram and Uber.
I gest it’s software as well i don’t know about the titanium and heat releasing thing but my Xs just heating too much sometimes as well. I noticed that when i update to 17.0.2
its good in winter, to keep ur hands warm
Should have done the test with official charges as it would have been more accurate.
explosion warning
Is the 15 pro not having any issues bc he left it out
But it’s not blowing up? Right, Samsung users. I mean that is an example of where the phone goes supernova.
Elon needs to fire a bunch of his Apple engineers!
I come from the real world where we use Celsius
Is the charger, I was having the same problem with my iphone 14 pro max until I change to a better charger, I also had thesame problem with my 13 and 13 pro when ever I use a charger or power bank dat wasn't compatible, the phone would hear up and my battery health will reduce drastically… Now I only use good chargers, I was trying to order the Anker but they only ship to USA and I'm in nigerai
How is this fair for Samsung? You tested iphones with under 70w but where for S23 you did over 110w then you compared it with iphones which were charging below 70w
Man! This sucks my phone heats so bad only while on a phone call I have to use speaker to talk can’t put it next to my face. It’s crazy!!
I recently updated my iPhone 14 to IOs 17 and now overheats really quickly
So in short, these are allegations from overreacted people?
The 14 pro purple is so beautiful
What was ur room temperature
maybe it is a sale gimmick for iphone 16 Pro max
My iPhone 15 Base model is heating up too
You could have just turn the power on and off from the power strip.
Also the phones on the end shouldn't get as hot because there is nothing surrounding them like the ones in the middle.
The most suitable guy to report about this issue – after the famous "Bend Gate", is this another "Heat Gate" in the making for iPhone?
When your internet is on and taking videos, it makes the iPhone 15 very hot and uncomfortable to hold.
I want a 15 Pro Max, but I’ll wait until the software update comes out to see the results.
Apple still out here trying to get stuff past Lou, not smart.
Samsung is THE BEST ALLROUNDER!!!!!
tiktok & snapchat always cause my phone to over heat going live or video calling. (Galaxy zfold 4)
I want to see test on the high refresh rate after they rolling out the “fix”, because that’s the fucking reason I paid extra $200
I’m using an iPhone 11 and iOS 17 has been a big mistake my phone was stable on 16.6
Maybe the government was spying on those people in the background, while their phones were being charged
What's causing your phone to heat up?
How would they not know this beforehand then
