9. Those many times I stopped at Best Buy and checked out that mobile device. I remember wanting the Essential phone because of its stylish and clean look – both software and hardware. I also remember thinking about how no other phone looked so elegant. It had good specs in its day. I always thought it would thrive as a new company.

14. 3:45 I'm not really into crypto either, but Solana (along with Cardano and Ethereum) is one of the better crypto out there, because they use proof of stake, unlike bitcoin which use proof of work

    proof of work: need a strong computer which use a lot of energy (detrimental for the earth and annoying for designer and gamer who need graphic cards)
    proof of stake: not a race of who has the strongest computer but rather who stake the most money (so it only need a normal computer)

32. Hey Marques, worth mentioning as well that the so-called privacy cable is a super expensive cable in search of a problem. It's $30 for USB 2.0 and protects against juice jacking attacks that have never been identified in the wild. It's a nice idea, but definitely not worth it, especially because devices won't share data over USB C without it being explicitly enabled either, like for file sharing or via adb.

44. I do love the idea of a legit sturdy phone, like cases being obsolete. Knowing it can take a drop on a hard floor and not showing any damage.
