1. They wanted 73 Canadian for it, l was like, lol

3. Paid the equivalent of 10 USD for the game plus dlc on xbox like 2 years ago and now they expect me to pay 50 looool

4. They learned their lesson with the definitive edition. Why should they try and fail to make the old game look better when they can just release the exact same game and make $50 a pop?

5. I played and loved RDR2 but never played the original so I will proberly pick it up but not at its current price il wait until its heavily discounted.

12. The Switch actually gives you an incentive to buy the game, being that you can take it and play it portably whenever and wherever you wanna go. The PS4 version on the other hand is uhh.. not really that compelling at all. Since you'll pretty much get the same experience as you've probably did a decade ago on the PS3/360, minus the unstable framerate and 720p res. Either way, you're better off just emulating the game or play it through "other means" if you know what I mean, since you get ripped off by Rockstar by buying their plain as a water $50 port on either systems anyway.

13. I put the Switch version on par with the Dragon’s Dogma port in terms of quality. I have been waiting to replay this since the PS3 and it looks and plays better than I remember. $$$ though

14. At least Rockstar didn't charge $70 unlike Naughty Dog when they released LOU1 remake.

18. Luckily I have an Xbox so have been able to play it. It's a bit unfair they haven't ported it to PC, at least that would give some people more of an incentive to buy it as some people only play PC. Even if it was just a remaster they could justify the price tag. Personally think it is a massive punch in the d**k for a lot of people. But, give it 10 years and they might remaster it at least.

21. If you do play rdr2 first then play rdr dont expect to hear about aruthor.

22. I'm deff interested to play it on the new consoles but i think 50$ is a bit steep for something you can buy backwards compadible for half the price. I'll grab it when it's on sale bc I know it won't disapoint.

23. I have no problem with a rerelease of a port. The price is of course too high. However I would like to get a new GTA IV port as well

31. The difference between 1 and 2? 1 was a fun video game, 2 turned you into a “real” cowboy with a job.

35. it may not be on pc legally but switch emulation fixed that like in a day

37. Pc players with a bit of imagination and determination will be able to play this on an emulator and have 4k and 60fps for free…

38. Never played red dead but rdr2 is top 3 fave game of all time I’ll deff get it for my switch along with a box of tissues.

39. This is a clear attack on switch fans wallets i believe thats the sole purpose of this port they only ported it to ps4 to save face
