I worked in a large ICU for 5 years and NEVER heard of a post cardiac arrest patient leaving an ICU/CCU after a prehospital of unknown etiology. This whole thing smells. Was he defibrillated? Incubated? What were the tox screens results. Protecting his NBA prospects. I worked in a busy ICU for 5 years and 30 years as EMT-P in Minneapolis. No way this was not drug induced.
