I own the ix and its the best driving car I’ve ever experienced.
One note: to get to regenerative driving mode, you pull back the lever shift after being in drive mode to “B” mode and you then have one pedal driving. Also, my car doesn’t have the wood looking center console, but rather piano black. Didnt like the look of wood in a hi tech car, but piano black does show fingerprints.
My only complaint is all the tech starts to get confusing. Also might be the old foggy in me, but have no interest in haptics where you wave your hand in front of the radio for volume control or to change stations. Same for hands free driving….zero use for that even though the car has it.
The crystals are an option. Not standard on the car
I just wonder why car manufacturer do not install 2 charging points one at front and one at the back? that would be convenient.

I got the higher end M60. At first, the outlook IS strange and ugly. After driving it for a few weeks, it’s a great vehicle compared to the Tesla model X that doesn’t have the following. 1. Full heads up display, 2. Massage for both driver and front passenger. 3. Soft close doors. 4. Heated seats front and back, including steering wheel and side panels are heated. 5. Gesture control – not sure if I like it or not yet. So, for the same price as a model X, we decided to go with this given the interior is much better than Tesla.

The iX was built and designed to be electric. Just because it dosent have a frunk dosent mean it’s not a dedicated EV platform

This Bmw is a sleek , badasss i am one of those people. I have GV 80 2023 but 😂xterior wise i prefer the bmw interior GV 80.

You really need to check your facts, your car reviews are terrible, you know nothing about EVs. The i8 is a hybrid, BMW has the fully electric i3 (discontinued) and i3 limousine in China, iX1, iX3 too. And the iX was designed to be fully electric from the ground up! – No power folding back seats, simple springs do the job. – Theres is one pedal drive mode, that's the "B" mode on the selector. Just like in any other BMW EV. This specific model is pretty basic that's why not the prettiest.
