  2. They’re jumping on the pistol brace band wagon way too late for who they are and what they’re supposed to be representing. They’ve seen what the FPC has accomplished and their membership growth since fighting the brace rule. I think it’s funny how they mention its members in Texas then, millions across the nation since the original FPC in junction state of Texas and FPC members. And would have to agree with most of the comments here as, I think Wayne does need to go and truly feel he uses the organization to line has pockets, and selects and or folds on fighting on what NRA fights for politically.

  3. Let me see if I got this right. Basically the NRA sees an easy win, plagiarizes the strategies of real groups fighting for our rights, and capitalizes off of a phony attempt to make themselves look like freedom fighters. You’ve got to be kidding me. Fk the NRA.

  4. What bothers me is these suits are only covering members of these groups. This is funneling citizens into segregated groups of who's protected and who's not. We The People is some wording they need to change. Maybe I'm seeing this from a different angle

  5. Again, the NRA is a day late and a dollar short. I'm actually surprised they didn't come out in favor of the Final Rule like they did with the bump stock. I hope you members of the NRA are ready for all the pestering you will receive wanting your money while they tout how wonderful they are protecting your 2A rights. Apparently they follow Obama's philosophy of leading from behind. Good luck with that.

  6. I don't like the direction these recent lawsuits are taking with regard to making protected classes out of various membership organizations. The Constitution applies to everyone; not just the members of this firearms advocacy group or that firearms advocacy group.

  7. In the meantime Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, St Louis, Seattle, Memphis (all democratic cities) r having massive gun violence and out of control chaos. Don’t worry dangerous cities, ur politicians r working hard at trying to make it worse for u by trying to disarm the law abiding citizens.

  8. The NRA's goal is to torpedo the pistol brace case. First they tried to join the SAF case and got smacked down by a judge. Now they are trying to sue on their own. Any effort by the NRA on the pistol brace case will be to derail any other cases against their Uniparty masters and the administrative state. Simple question regarding the NRA, is Wayne still in charge? That tells you everything you need to know.

  9. They are only stepping up to save face. GOA and FPC filed more lawsuits then NRA because they got in bed with the government and turned against their members and the public.

  10. IMO, the NRA filed this now because they saw how GOA and FPC membership blew up. NRA is still a passive organization at this point. They are not "leaders" in 2A rights any longer, this is reactive.

  11. The NRA is a joke… I have zero faith that they’ll actually follow through with a single thing to protect the 2nd amendment. This seems more like a clout chase than a sincere fight for our rights… they’re surfing the wave long after it started…

  12. I applaud them for coming correctly. It seems well thought out so I can dismiss the fact that it took a little longer than I would’ve hoped for

  13. The NRA used to be a great firearms association. I remember back in the 80's they were the only ones that helped small country schools with shooting sports. They helped a lot of new shooters get training and provided that training for free. They provided ammunition for junior and highschool shooting events without question. I don't know what happened to them but they got involved with something they should have just left alone in my opinion.

  14. Lapierre skipping a couple lobster dinners to pay for the filing and media for this? Maybe skip a vacation to Cuba and pay the lawyers for the case to continue?

  15. Not treason, he can opine as he sees fit. He just needs to be removed from office.

Republicans could easily make big waves about pushing legislation to keep violent felons locked away until/unless they're fit to be trusted woth all their rights. Also, follow and possinly expand on Texans recent school hardneing law. Its more than thoughts and prayers.

  16. Of course the NRA (Not Relevant Association) is going to file now. They will only do what they think makes them look good to their FUDS.
NRA needs to be irrelevant and obsolete. Why did they not join the previous court case? Simple, the NRA does not support pistol braces by their FUD members and leaders. They are only trying to support their own relevance.

  17. The NRA didn’t have their hand forced by the SAF denial it was forced by its membership denouncing them for doing nothing more than “compromising” over and over by giving antis less than everything they wanted while getting nothing in return….which is not compromising, it is a failure. Compromise means both sides giving up something (which in itself would put them on the “bad for 2A” list)

  18. Wow, the "big scary" NRA actually got off their arse and actually did something……………………amazing!
