I can definitely slice veg 3x faster than those scissors and I am not highly skilled I could see them being useful for mobility limited people though!
The last one does not really works in all oils. For example olive oil. I use mine for my soy sauce, but got my olive oil i used another sprayer that’s more powerful. I think this last one has an issue with thicker oils, so only water base oils will work.

That slicer it’s just a knife and tiny chopping board
Wow that chopping board and knife in one almost looks like.. scissors
Scissors are too slow to use for chopping.
