13. I have actually tried this chair in person it is actually as good as it sounds, tempted to buy it, to be honest.

14. I own it – it's okay but the protruding massage gliders that poke out kinda get really annoying. Osim just released a cheaper version of the chair that has a vibrating massage function that some people might like better

20. Somehow the Predator version is not available on OSIM Singapore website anymore as of today (30/6/21), yesterday I checked that product page is still there, but out of stock. uThrone version is still available with stock. (Note OSIM is a Singapore company)

21. Can tell you are promoting for the sake of promo code income, every other reviewer discusses that the chair is great except the bluetooth speakers are a waste of time. You bit your lip and avoided it even though you had nothing good to say about it.

31. I pre-ordered my OSIM chair immediately after seeing this video on 12/24/2020. OSIM immediately took the money up front instead of taking it when the product ships (as per normal customer expectations). It took about 60 days to get here and finally arrived at mid February 2021. The chair arrived defective. The massager did not move up or down. I had to ship the entire chair back in a giant box. It was an incredibly inconvenient hassle. This was the first time I bought something featured on this channel. With this experience, I don't feel like Unbox Therapy (as a trusted brand and resource for the latest gadgets) fully evaluates their partnering companies, their products. and customer service. Trust is as big a part of Unbox Therapy as the products themselves. In this case, I've lost trust in the channel and the products they promote.

37. Looked into buying one. The website is really shady, not even a price quote. The only thing you can do there is fill out a form where you give them your age, phone number and other totally irrelevant pieces of personal info.

43. Hey unbox therapy i ordered one of these chairs and it said it would ship mid jan but it didn't I've emailed osim 6 times within 2 weeks no reply starting to get worried i got ripped off 1000 I used your code and everything
