3. BIG OLE POS !!!! unknown cracked screen after 3 months.. now a noise sounds like a fan blade touching something behind the screen on the upper left side.. less than 8 month old.. barely use it.. I've wasted money on things. But this piece of junk takes the win.. 3800.00 plus . Total disappointment.

4. My biggest pet peeve is that for a 2.5K price point, it doesn't even come with a surface pen and I'm not spending 100 on a pen I won't use too often so I'll need to look for a dupe alternative

21. I like vid but it takes a lot of time to unbox you talk a lot it’s ok.

22. Love it but will not buy until new design has bigger trackpad, more ports and has no gap between screen and keyboard.
    Imagine, you put it in the bag with many stuffs and stuffs fall in the gap and scratch the screen.
