  1. as for the 'jarvis-like' chatbots v2…why do i get the feeling 'instilling loyalty to the user' will not feature anywhere on the list of things the tech giants will put into their products?

  2. Seriously, I don't see any real need for augmented reality. All the money spent will have a very low return. The question is, what AR apps are cost effective. The only reason I like VR is, I want to "escape" from reality. Mixing reality with VR is totally unnecessary for me. Mixed reality is limited by the actual space limit of our reality. The VR world has an unlimited amount of space. Why limit our VR space?

  3. I am so very intrigued with the possible future of what AR can open up. We have seen the use of AR and VR in so many Sci Fi movies and TV shows. I wish the developers could bring to reality what we have seen growing up as kids.

  4. Wow! Can't wait for government officials and cops to know everything about you just by looking at you.
If you posted some shit 25 years ago they'll know and judge from it.
The future is so bright! (That was sarcasm btw)

  5. I think a good usage of this would be: using a Gravitational wobble detecting oscilloscope, to visually determine your position in local space, and to plan a route through deep space based on this.

Then you would speak out loud to an AI program to reach a solution that would be digitally displayed on the glass of the cockpit, maybe with back up options, and simple data provided by said AI collected by other AI on topographical surveys. It could also alert of any danger on the way, or override if the decision is unsafe.

  6. Awesome video! We are sure that AR is future, because our platform everyday helps thousands of people to develop WebAR projects without code and skills in 3D for free!

  7. Nope! right now we are limited by our DNA which indicates the most profound application for AR is not transforming how we see thee world around us but to transform how we see ourselves. There is a growing need developing for people who do not feel as if they were born into the right body, Body image seems to be a human constraint we have spent thousands of years trying to overcome. Changing the way we see the world around us will be an awesome idea yet changing how we see ourselves has the ability to become the medicine to an illness which could repair and enhance our entire mentality which would be a profound shift in our perspective..

  8. Damn man I remember thinking of that contact lenses concept years ago… like in a spy movie where you can see text messages or someone can leave a message on a sticker or invisible ink that only you can read. Just wish I was smart enough to try and make it happen lol

  9. You forgot data harvesting and privacy intrusion at a scale previously thought unimaginable. Turning every user into a walking talking surveillance drone for the company providing the glasses.
