I recently read a book (Under A White Sky) written by Elizabeth Kolbert and it highlights the origins of these roads.

They didn't study it.. they killed it.. Cane toads are in introduced pest in Australia. They brought them here to eat the beatles in the top of sugar can. The only problem was cane toads can't climb.. major fail.
(For those that are bitching about the timer) Get over the timer guys, get control over your neurons Your ADD and anxiety shows weak minded ass mofos… how can you let a timer cause you anxiety and make you distracted???

They are an introduced pest that completely destroys the native fauna. No love for them in Australia I’m afraid. If only they were psychedelic then they’d collect by the thousands by motivated trippers.
Just very Australian: oh yeah I was just driving and then stopped to let a snake cross and then I look down and saw a toadzilla and grabbed it……. For us non Australian…. We would run over that snake and shoot that toad and then migrate to Alaska if you survive that
