14. You got December security update? This morning I got a security patch update with Nov security update. I thought I was going to get Dec update instead I got another Nov update. What is samsung up to? How can you send 2 security updates for the same month? They most be high AF.

15. My phone just updated a few minutes ago and got extremely hot. I have never felt it get that hot before. What's the reason for such heat coming from a phone?

16. This was the WORST update yet from Samsung, both my S20 FE and my A71 had charging issues after the update, they both had to be powered off & on at least 4 times to even charge properly and now the A71 says it'll take '30 HOURS' to charge???

I hope there's an enhancement on the battery part, I got my galaxy s22 ultra, and since I got it like a month ago, I noticed the battery draining really fast, yes, I'm a heavy user but I feel like, it only last me about half a day from full to 20 percent. And if I use the battery protection. That only allows me to charge it to 85 percent, it feels even less the duration. And I'm talking about only 5 hours of use. Even when resting, when I leave it for a while, it discharge about 2% or more.

26. Hello.. My s20 ultra Camera is blurry between zoom level 1.0 to 3.9x.
    I have had all the updates but none could solve the problem. Any advice for me.
    Furthermore after the Android 13 ui5.0 update i cannot switch my mobile hotspot to the 5ghz frequency. It only works or the toggle on button works only on 2.4ghz frequency. Thanks

29. I have a note 20 ultra 5g and ever since the new update, apps have started freezing and shutting down to the point where the phone is unusable and I have to reset or shut the phone off and then turn it back on again. That usually fixes it for a couple of days. Any clue as to what's happening?
