  1. Now what if Bethesda actually released Skyrim VR like this, or of similar quality (downgraded textures for consoles) – it would be excellent PR for them, would promote a ton of VR headset sales, and drive VR gaming forward.

Instead, this will only be experienced by a few thousand players at best.

  2. I had multiple chances to use a vr headset while working in a project for a company. VR is a very new, exciting and interesting experience. But then running VR game such as heavily modded Skyrim will surely be a toll on my 2060

  3. This video blew me away, i didn't think skyrim vr could look so good! I'm a huge RPG fan since I was a kid and I've been willing to try this since it looks like the ultimate fantasy experience, but I'm always postponing it even though I had a Quest 2 (now waiting for my Pico 4) since I want it to be perfect, this video really looks like it really has come to a point I was hoping for. Add to that the wabbajack for an easy setup (huge thanks for that!), i'm really tempted to finally play it. Now I wonder if I my 2080ti is good enough or should I go for a 40XX card. Anyway, thanks a lot for this vid, I think this video would sell more VR headsets than any game coming for VR this year, it's just mindblowing.

  4. Sorry, but you are wrong. VR is not at all at where it should be, not even close. Also, a great VR game should not require a ton of mods to work decently, it's that simple.
Mods is not something everyone want to add or play with. Mods are meant to add & give extra to a game, not make it actually work as it was suppose to.

I love VR and the potential is great, HOWEVER… there is not a single game I can actually say, that I would truly recommend… not a single one.

Blade & Sorcery is ok & fun, sure… Robo Recall is amazing for what it is and have great physics with the robots etc. but overall.. VR is a huge lackluster of content.. take e.g. The Bar Fight game… if someone simply made that with AAA+ quality.. it would be such an easy sale & get people to VR.. but because it's a janky & poorly made as it is..
That goes for basically any game.

  5. To do it right is about an $8k investment. I'm doing the same thing. I've got the Obsidian 1000D case, twenty LED case fans, massive radiators, copper IHC 12900k with liquid metal, even just bought a 4k 144hz monitor. MSI liquid 4090 is arriving next Thursday. Last piece is an investment into AERO VR set. I'm coming from Skyrim VR vanilla on PSVR, lmao.

  6. This is why psvr2 will suck. No mods, stuck on old shitty graphics. So many games are made better by the community when the developers move on

  7. What would happen if a studio picked up on the dedication, skill, and energy of modders, then supported them with their immense resources, to take to the next level? TES 6 wouldn't need to be even thought of apart from engine advancements and future tech (ai). And be paid for it. Modders have outstripped "professional" developers to shame them.

  8. i think blade & sorcery has ruined skyrim VR combat for me. now i want weapons to bounce off of armor or hard animal/monster parts like horns.

  9. grab boobs, grab butts, take their cloths off… get tired of it and go rampage and quit. all happening less than an hour. ๐Ÿ™

  10. It will do so much for the gaming industry when it takes the same amount of effort to make a game ready for vr as it is to add controoler support for a mouse & keyboard game

  11. can you make a video on a walkthrough of how to set this up? it's overwhelming trying to mod skyrim in steam with VR, give just the top 10 best addons with how to do it instructions. Also I subbed

  12. movement is the biggest issue. i hate how it's done. teleporting or narrow of vision so you don't get motion sickness.

  13. You can even find new lands and contents with mods! They just need to make the fighting turn out like blade and sorcery and I wouldn't play anything else heh.

  14. I can't wait to play skyrim vr again.. I stopped because I didn't like the Oculus quest 1s resolution, it kept breaking my immersion but when the PSVR2 comes out, I'm definitely buying one, it's gonna be the best VR headset!

  15. Nice video, but the guy constantly touching moded ultra attractive women made me uncomfortable, it made me think that as soon as he stopped filming he enabled other type of mods, the ones where you need one hand free.
