However, you can attempt to patent its design. Patent or not, you can still dispute intellectual property (design) theft in a court of law and win. Copyrights are for songs, books, artwork, etc. Not design.
Let's think of this practically it's a easily manufactured case made in China because it's sold on Alibaba when is China never done this to American products
