I ordered S21 FE (black) from flipkart on 22nd and got delivered on 23rd. It seems a very solid phone and the pros and cons you mentioned are on point.
Additionally I would add the stereo speakers are great (good even separation} but could have been louder.
Weight balance is good, phone feels light in hand.
Screen refresh rate is either 120hz or 60hz. No option for 90hz or auto, so it consumes a lot of battery.
does samsung downgrade performance over long time via ota?
