London isn’t known as ‘the city’. The City (of London) is an area of London. Where you start the video is Westminster, not the city!

Also, that is not the Tower of London, that is the Houses of Parliament/Queen Elizabeth tower (commonly referred to as Big Ben). Tower of London is a few miles east from there and you correctly identify it later in the video!?!?!
