16. Best Buy has unfortunately gone Waaayyy downhill since the recent CEO changeover. At three separate stores I’ve seen their checkout lanes only staffed by one person who was also doing customer service/returns. It’s literally become just a showroom for products with no insight from employees because they’re so understaffed. If any BBY employees are out there, maybe time to try for a union?

17. Like 2, MAYBE 3, of these items could be considered "gadgets". Also, this just felt like a list of items best buy gave you to make an ad for them. Good for you, getting that best buy money, but how does this video fall under the "more + better" idea you have for the channel?
