Imagine a world without the ability to drift, do burnouts and enjoy superior grip and perfect 50/50 weight distribution. Well, this is the reality we will be living in when front and all-wheel drive models take over the sports cars segment. Just like automatic transmissions killed off manuals, rear wheel drive might also disappear, but before this happens let’s enjoy the newest batch of 2022 models that ensure exhilarating driving experience.

RWD is always better than FWD any day . . . AWD is more like best of both with less of the drawbacks . . . RWD is for those who understand where & how to drive pedal to medal the right way, responsibly . . . not for those who only care about 0 – 100 kph time & top speed . . . still prefer the older front mid engined rear wheel drive layout of the Chevrolet CORVETTE ZR1 (C8) 6.2 V8 2-Dr Sports Touring Coupe (LHD) . . . it's a pity that Chevrolet shifted to rear mid engined rear wheel drive layout & dumped the front mid engined rear wheel drive layout altogether . . . GM should have retained the front mid engined layout alongwith the new rear mid engined version . . . atleast in special edition limited numbers if not in large volumes . . .
