Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
My longest used phone was an Alcatel i bought for $70. Bought it in 2014 & only upgraded in 2020 – 6 years, now that's impressive
My phone before i bought my huawei y9 prime.. was 7years old then i sell it and buy new one
Samsung Note 4 has lasted me 7 years (the battery is very easy to change)
I think for Android, even if the battery is unremovable, you can actually remove and replace it by yourself or through the repairshop. I dont agree with 2-3 years lifespan because my Xiaomi Mi A1 is 3.5 years old still smooth like new and it can last 5-6 hrs screen on time. I think it can still last for more than 5 years.
Awesome so my isn't dead yet after 4yrs as Android of course I don't it's still good as it was in Beginning but still better than what you said
I have oneplus 1, bought it in 2014. Still works no problem.
Back in 2017 I bought this redmi note 4 for 11k. It was 4g ram with 64 gb storage.
Still today the ph works fine with a little cracks here n there..Battery lasts decent..With a default call recording feature..I feel the phone works better if you manage the space properly. Keep deleting unwanted files..
my iphone 6plus lasted me for over 6 years until i changed to a new one due to compatibility issues. it still works but there are apps that i need to operate which cant be run on ios 12. it sucks. i wish developers could fix some issues so people who got the old generation phone could still use it
I used Samsung Galaxy Note 5 2015-2020 and I sold it to another owner so I think it continue last
I upgraded because I wanted SG Note 20 ultra
I'm still using Android 5.1.1!
My 12 years old keypad Nokia still strong and running ..

When he said that android phones last for 2 – 3 years I already stopped watching, I've been using my android phone for almost 5 years lol.
My one plus 6 is 3. 5years old and running stronger than a lion
still now slowed down with all type of use
oneplus rocks

I am not leaving my Minecraft world on my phone ever
So inaccurate. Android phones last beyond 3 years. Fake news
Until your phone doesn't get updates anymore, or until the apps and everything run so slow
My Grandfather Using Samsung j7 for 4.5 years. Still working smooth. Thanks Samsung
As long as the battery life is bearable I’ll use the phone
Oh my Sony C2305 is still alive… Problem is no software update from sony… Hahaha
buy a flagship, and then save $15 every week. you will be able to buy a new flagship after 1.5 years (you dont have to, but now you have the ability to buy one).
I had my iphone 5s for 5 years! Love the long support from apple, i was really curious how android software support lasted in comparison

I have a fully rugged Oukitel WP6 with Helio p70 octacore, 48mp great triple rear cameras, 16mp Good selfie camera, a humongously large 10000mAh battery, 6,3" ips screen with 1080 x 2340 px • FHD+ res and is also drop resistant, ip68 rated and mil-std 810G certified. It is this rugged without a case.
Huawei phones are so durable
I usuaññy change it eveey 2 years and 2 months
Do flagships lasts longer than mid tiers?
Samsung j7 6 year running
I have my Iphone SE now for almost 5 years. But since a year its battery is totally trash. And now it also starts to be a little bit slow. But i have to say it lastet long especially bc i dropped it so many times and it survived water and sand. Now I think about switching to the new Samsung S21…But I’m not sure yet bc of its longevity.
I slept (kept my glabella) on honor 6x while studying. Its screen gradually buldged up, now cracked into pieces. Still is usable.
I've been using samsung galaxy J7 prime since 2016 till now. The problems lies in
1. Battery life that depletes every 4-5 hours
2. Sometimes phone signal lost on its own
3. Storages, I constantly deleting my apps and older data to free spaces for recent usage
4. Sometimes when I open too much apps, the phone lags and crash so i constantly closing active apps to prevent that
Other than that, it still works fine. Im planning using it for one more year probbly. Wish me luck guys
I'm the 1k liker
I know many might hate to hear this but when it comes to longer life, apple is the clear winner. There could be a few android devices that do well but overall Apple wins.
2-3 years for Android, 4-5 for Apple? L I E S.
Besides, both are puny compared to my J230 which has been going for 16 years with no problems. XDDDDDD
Watching this video on my 4 years old device….still running fab.
Lg stylo 2 worked for 3 years before crscking the screen
Samsung S8 worked for 4 years before being lost
Worst Samsung s3 got 2 both lasted 2 months before shutting down forever
I have my Samsung a5 2016for near 6 years and im now using it cause i broked my 2 Samsung a51s:(
I have Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, and I'm not planning to upgrade as long as it is still working fine. If the damage is repairable, then I'll consider repairing my phone and use it again.
Watching on Iphone 6. 7 fucking years. still no change of giving up…
