10. Most of these robots never see the light of day. After releasing slick videos that show what the robots can potentially do, the developers try to fund them on Indiegogo but that's the last you hear or see about them. In fact I think Jibo is the only robot out of these 5 that actually became available for consumers and that was after a 4 year wait from the initial announcement in 2014.
