Trezor model T is better. Why? Because you can simply enter the passphrase (the secret 25th word) EASILY via its touch screen, WITHOUT storing it on the device( like the ledger allows you to). If your device is compromised, (stolen and it's chipset modified) only the 24 word seed can be read since it's stored on the device ( will need expertise to do this). Again, the Passphrase (the secret 25th word) cannot be retrieved since it's something in your head you remember and with the Trezor, you enter it via the touch screen whenever you login to use it (this way you remember it) it is never stored. Also look at diceware to provide randomness when creating your 25th passphrase.
