I get buying and selling assets to make a profit. When it comes to charging RENT tho. I have a problem with that. In that case we are talking about a home for someone that has to work to pay this rent. Then they have to survive or grow on what's left. When rent continues to rise on a property that is seeing no increase in monthly cost to the owner….that is a problem. That becomes really evil at some point. I mean maybe a slight increase. I mean 10.00 increase per yr or something, but when it is in the hundreds or near that is BS. This is A HOME. Not like a regular commodity or asset. Now that doesn't mean you cant try to get a high return on a sale of a home or apt bldg, but the rent is something that is different from a lot of other things. This is a moral issue. Pinning the ppl that are struggling down even more is not right.
