  1. Exept if your working in a high place and you hit something and thats your job and its if you fall you will land in a lake and the place your working is quite small and you need your phone but you may hit it just buy a case a rugged one and it will survive about 2 years without interfering scratches i mean you could feel it

  2. I would love to see a version of this that include the CAT S61 and CAT S62 range of phones, also the ability to have a FLIR camera and laser distance measure

  3. If you really want a phone to last in extreme conditions you buy Caterpillar and not some expensive nonsense . I had a CAT60 for 2 years , the phone was not broken but the batterie ”died” . My phone stood in the same pocket with the screws while working and in 2 years it haven't scratched at all . Negatives : when new the batterie lasted for 13 or 14 hours during working days if thermal imaging was not used and for almost 24 hours in weekend . The power consumption is high even in stby therefore it needed a 5mA charger , if used a Samsung standard charger the the process lasts almost as much as the time in use . One more thing , never do the software update/upgrade , it is irreversible and will cause your batterie to fail in short time , even if they say that the update fixes security issues which in reality don't exist or "optimising" something ! It's a lie that will cause your phone to last less and slows down its performance . Same sh!t for Samsung too after update/upgrade .

  4. The only difference is that the phone might fall out of the case the first time it hits the floor, and then won't be able to protect the phone afterwarde when it hits again.
