Dude whats wrong with you , this is only 3 things I wished were there in previous year phone ( ip rating , bigger screen Nd battery)..this is going tobe a big success it's comes to India at 450 dollars ( some reason they charge higher in this commititive market in india)…I just wish this the phone that takes down alll other mid rangers in this segment… Hoping to see less than 40 k rupees price

5. I'd like a Pixel 6 but I just got a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE at the beginning of the year so I don't really need a new phone at the moment. Maybe I'll get the next Pixel.

10. Still same bland phone. I am amazed one can call this value phone. When they are just making profits by selling same outdated hardware.

11. If Google wants to sell more Pixels, they gotta start selling them in more countries. It's actually ridiculous how few countries are fortunate to have Pixel phones… ?
    They could sell millions of Pixels if they broadened their country list. If Pixel 6 and 6A were sold worldwide it would be a huge success and a big W for Google.

12. Why do you always do this You're literally the reason LG died! This phone has a bigger screen a bigger battery and water resistance! And on top of that you're smart you should know they're putting everything into the Pixel 6 this year. But what I really don't get is how Apple can literally do very incremental updates every year and nobody cares, All apples doing is changing the materials of the body and updating the camera very minor but you're going to say this is the best iPhone ever produced oh my God I can't believe they changed so much!

13. Too big, too expensive. Sticking with the 4A for now. I'm sure it's a great phone for the price, but not for me.

14. At this point, unless you really prioritize camera quality and you cannot live without the best camera, there is no reason to buy this phone.

    All its competitors have much better value than this phone.

16. The Pixel 5a has a 16MP Ulta wide camera as well, which was not there on Pixel 4a (non 5G variant). Also, the Pixel 4a had SD730. So technically the Pixel 5a is an upgrade for the 4a, not 4a 5G.
    P.S. According to the listing on the Google website, the 5a still has Gorilla glass 3, not 6 as you mentioned. Check the comparison section.

17. The toner cartridge clearly needs to be replaced. Black isn't as black on the 5A

21. Or Google is trying to get rid of existing contract with chip manufacturers by releasing cost-effective lower end model and emptying their inventory. Just setting the ground for new chips and releases going forward. $449 for this phone is a great price.

24. Build quality wise its "Junk". Mine slipped while talking and repair bill came more than MRP of the phone.

25. With 3 years of guaranteed updates how will Google justify updating the 5a to a new OS one year longer than the 4a 5g without it being obvious that forced obsolescence is in play.

26. Bought 4a few days ago because of 5.81" full screen and the phone size is amazing. And camera is brilliant. Brilliant size in pocket and hands. Google should stick to that form factor and not go for bigger size in A series.

32. I just think a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and 18 W charging is unambitious in 2021… You can literally get $2-300 phones with 30 W chargers in the box and in-display fingerprint sensors…

34. Google is just pranking us. They've been pranking us for the last 5 years. I'm still waiting for them to come out and say….it was all a joke, we were joking with the highly expensive, ugly looking , ugly OS, lacking in features toy smartphone….HERE is the new Nexus.

    should make it available in every country. It's that simple.
    maybe should sign an agreement with samsung to ship to other countries with their agents.
