  1. But the problem is
I can buy the S4 mini for 499
and If I wanted to do a trip to germany (its not too far)
than I can buy the S4 for 549
Considering 50 euros more and then getting the king of the hill is certainly worth thinking about

  2. Hi Bullet. Our video reviews are abridged versions of the reviews on the TechRadar website. Sometimes if we get a 'hero' smartphone in we'll do a more in-depth review, but due to time and resources we otherwise have to keep things relatively short, which is why we tend to summarise. We'll certainly take your suggestion into consideration though; otherwise, you can follow the link in the description for our in-depth S4 Mini review. Hope that helps 🙂

  3. Can you guys give actual recordings of battery levels? How fast it drains, in how long, and doing what? Create a table of sorts with comparison to other new phone models. The whole "Made it through the day with average use" is so vague, and unhelpful. Be a little more in depth with your reviews. Make your users feel like they held and used the device.

  4. Agreed. I'll gladly switch to Android when Samsung or HTC start making Flagship phones with a smaller form factor. I shouldn't have to settle for 2 year-old specs just because I want something I can use practically.

  5. Though it's quite disappointing to see that Samsung is still compromising, both in performance and screen sharpness, as well as the camera hardware, and even the gimmicky "features" that, along with the Samsung branding, are what draws a lot of people into buying the Galaxy S4. We should have a no-compromise, high-end Android phone for the smaller hands. If Apple can do it (other than the Android part of it), then Samsung definitely can.

  6. I think that from here on, the 'mini' versions would be quite considerable. the s3 mini, imo, was just a knockoff for the poor people. This might actually be a good alternative for smaller hands, like my case. If any phone is bigger 4.3, I just can't hold it 😛
