would love to this guy run an actual business one day, buy a starbucks or something and see how that goes lol
First minute and half and I had to pause to comment “what a bunch of corporate speak waffle and bullshit”, no wonder the Optic guys couldn’t work with these clowns “holistic light-space” ffs
You want facts, you need to get Hecz on here.
Everyone commenting here literally knows nothing about what went on behind the scenes here. I know Chris personally, and can tell you that all of you have this guy painted as a bad guy. What actually happened with infinite was out of his hands. There were ALOT more parties involved in everything that steered the ship into the ground. He literally says in this interview that infinite was going a way that he didn't want it to go. First big sign that there was some inner turmoil at infinite. Chris is one of the nicest, well spoken people I have met in the esports business scene. He is willing to help others WITHOUT ASKING FOR ANYTHING IN RETURN. I understand OG fans are upset, but your anger is very missplaced.
"We got lucky to build a passionate fan base" LOL yeah, you definitely were an integral part in building that smh
yes, the plan was to grow multiple businesses to cater to the 'teams'…. teams being OpTic. only OpTic. but you go ahead and buy two esports organizations and put way more money resource and manpower into those teams and then think that it would work to just throw money at a bunch of international teams and just slap the OpTic logo on them
Did he rlly just try and claim the green idea off optic and the branding off hecz
this dude is trash lol
These hosts let him off the hook, so many follow up questions you could've hit him with, just from getting certain answers from him you could've drove the viewership up.
Releasing the optic halo team was a decision that did not make sense.
He screwed over OpTic
Anyone in the space would do well to steer clear of this guy. Infinite imploded, taking one of the biggest names in esports out with it. To mess up on this scale is actually impressive.
I fucking hate infinite, prime examples of people who are too far up their own ass’ to see that THEY DONT KNOW BEST. FUCK YOU ALL, ruined the biggest name in COD and one of the best orgs and families I’ve ever been a part of, I ACTUALLY HATE YOU!
Does he have a lazy eye or is that just me seeing it
You did not grow the Outlaws, OpTic did. You wasnt necessary a new business with that amount of BS, just a copany to hold the OpTic and Outlaws brands. The foucus has to be on the team not growing crap that did not work
FUCK J
Mr rodgers enters esports
He does not sound how he looks LMAOO
Chris Chaney you've made some dumb decisions for during your time at Infinite. Literally expanding to overseas through Taiwanese streamers, a Brazilian women csgo team, a mexican gears team, and the infamous India Csgo team . Those were the most dumbest decisions you did at Infinite and you literally don't understand OpTic at all during that time. At least in the end you and Hector tried to buy back OpTic and I commend you for that.
This was a cancer for OG
