This mode really plays like Nightmare difficulty, in both sides, you really need to master your equipment/weapons/powers/summons in order to succeed, otherwise you’re going to be punished real hard by your mistakes
We need true multiplayer modes
Im very intrigued with this multiplayer they really hit it out of the park with this game doom 2016 really let them set up the foundation. Doom’s 2016 multiplayer had a lot of potential was just poorly executed
It’s a nice game mode, when will they release the rest?
I love Battlemode, very well balanced but very hard for the slayer as well.
I've played the demons with a friend and we won every game out of the 30 we played

I loved the campaign but this ain't it chief.
I'd rather give it a 7 or 7.5 which don't get me wrong I think it's pretty fun and interesting but the crashes and the random lag here & there makes it annoying

So funny seeing all these comments about the demons being far too strong. I haven't personally lost a single playing as the slayer. You're supposed to complete the campaign before hopping into battlemode, and you preferably wanna be able to beat the campaign on UV or nightmare. I personally played through the campaign on nightmare, and I can definitely feel that the intensity of that challenge makes battlemode feel far easier than if I'd played on a lower difficulty.
