If I was Davincij15 I'd ask "Who's the one making the claim that there is a controversy concerning me and when can I speak with the alleged claimant to get firsthand testimony from the claimant in the matter?"

Other than that, what firsthand testimony can a so called rep. of "youtube" provide that "youtube" authorized that alleged rep to rep "youtube" in the first place?
If that's hearsay, why would an alleged rep meddle in a matter that he/she has no interest in or has no firsthand testimony of?
