4. I wasn't expecting this movie to be a box office smash but I am glad to even be getting a Sonic movie at all. I will definitely check it out, the studio listened and they deserve my few bucks for sure.

5. Sonic the Hedgehog is from my time. I AM OLD! Who now would even know who a video game character from 25 years ago is? Who could the demographic possibly be?

   While IGN are happy to hand out high scores to AAA games stuffed with microtransactions, loot boxes, but nothing in the way of originality (EA’s annual sports games, for example), I’m hardly going to trust then to review a video game movie.

10. The Detective Pikachu and Sonic Movies will be marked in the history of video-game movies. For those that know about that nonsense movie, y'know what I mean.
