  1. I LOVE Greece & Athens; I've designed multiple houses apartments there; am always fascinated by others solutions to similar problems, this is a triumph. Thank you for another gem: wishing you&yours a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR,enjoy??✌

  2. I noticed the walls are mostly bare and I usually don't mind and sometimes prefer. But I wonder if some objects might absorb the echoing. The harshness intensifies the traffic.

  3. Having watched all the "greek" videos in this channel, I am impressed by the architectural pluralism in the country. Concerning this apartment, as much as I like the design, I would love to see some objects (eg art) around reflecting the personality and the life of the people living in there. I also think that they should take care of the balconies as well. That shade is awful!

  4. While it may not be to everyone's liking, it shows lots of innovation, and that is what is so needed today when it comes to finding different housing solutions.

  5. Nice use of space. Designating rooms by color allows the public areas to be open without feeling tunnel like. I like the appliances in the cupboard solution in the kitchen.

  6. I think it's an impressive design. I do believe the master bedroom could use a bit of style though. It just seems like it was left out of the renovation.

  7. OK, looks pleasant and clean, and bit dark, now …. but nothing really special. The pass-through from the kitchen looks closed and uncomfortable. Is the TV in the dining room? It seems to yearn for some roundness and curvature. Windows too small. I really like the sliding door or is it a window to the outside in the kitchen though.

8:36 – that is one really coooooool desk chair!

  8. “Nothing is more than what is needed”. Bravo! This is design excellence in every way. I do love using colour to designate different areas. There are many fantastic small space ideas. I could happily live here.
