To me, it was like combining ninja gaiden, dead island and deadpool
I saw a crapload of copies of Yaiba at Walmart today. I took a chance and bought a copy for $15.
Got home and played it.
CONCLUSION: Yaiba is alot more fun than I thought it would be. I already finished the game in one sitting and now gonna replay it again…this time on HARD mode!!!

Ninja Gaiden on XBox was criticized as well for being hard and "arbitrarily punishing" but I played it on day one and love it still. Just don't expect all the games to be an interactive movie (just pressing some buttons to see the character act and then see the ending) games have to make you think critically to solve problems or in this case to execute some techniques.I think today anyone who can press a button on a controller is called a gamer, lol.

I bought this game when it came out. Played and liked it. It's colorful, stylish and action-packed…until I made it up to Hayabusa…fighting Hayabusa, he IZUNA DROPPED me! I thought: "it'd be cool if Yaiba could do an Izuna drop." That's when I realized: "wait a second…the coolest signature move in the entire series…you can't do. Why am I fighting Hayabusa? Hayabusa is cool af. This is just wrong." Stopped the game. Sold it. It's not a bad game. It's…just not right. The idea of ripping body parts off and out of zombies to use as weapons is AWESOME, but…I missed the Lunar Staff, Talons, vigorian flail. Nun-chuckles, spinal zap, and hag pipes doesn't compare.
I got this at gamestop for 6 bucks a couple months back and it was worth every penny…not the best but far from the worst…and if they can pull off this comic style cell shaded combat and make it mildly entertaining then why cant platinum games do this with the ninja turtles!?

Games that are short and hard are usually good, like the NES games, they were solid. I need to try this to see if its good. I bet these reviewers think Super Mario Bros. 2 The Lost Levels was too hard.

Even though this game not that good, I rather play this than that overrated piece of shit Call of Duty series. Yaiba NGZ is more challenging like every other NG series. And it's a real game. Those people who bashed Yaiba NGZ hate it because they can't beat it. COD is not a real game, and it's doesn't teach you shit!
To anyone who wants a Hack and Slash. Ditch Yaiba and play Bayonetta.
I picked this game up for 6$
After fighting the 'Punch Drunk Zombie' for what must've been the 10th time, I got so bored and annoyed, I stopped trying.
Then I found out the AI is so dumb, it can walk off the edge and die, and at one point the zombie walked across the screen, but his walk animation wasn't playing.
This guy shouldn't review games ever again.
Enjoying the game for what it is? Stupidest comment ever, hell no i have little time and im not gonna waste it in shit "funny" games…

the games fine and very challenging…..i only complain's is about Checkpoints……..and FUCKING CUTSCENES cause everytime i dead….you have to watch it again and again again….and idea where's the skip button…(ASK)

You should never rate a game low for it being difficult. Camera angles yeah but thats about it.

I have to admit, I LOVED all of the first 3 Ninja Gaiden games, but I didn’t really like this game. What he said in the video is very true. It’s very sloppily made, the game play is horrible, it's hard to see where you're going in the game with the sloppy graphics and it’s totally totally nothing close to what we remember with the first 3 Ninja Gaiden games and this game just sucks big time!!!! They should have stuck to the ways that they made the first 3 Ninja Gaiden games instead of this cartoon sucky crap. It’s like they didn’t really take a lot of time to make this. They just threw some sloppy looking drawings together, put a screwed up controls scheme with those graphics and put it out there and didn’t even review it. Anyway, this is my opinion for what it’s worth. Be careful with this one.
