Indirectly bullish maybe since this is blockchain technology adoption by banks and it is always good to see the technology being validated.

My lowest price prediction is based on people's believes, and I think what bitcoin will never ever be 3200usd again and potential fall of it cannot go any lower than 4900usd. Realistic prediction however would be range of 5700-5800usd – just enough to kill all the bears
