We wanted to get rid of them 15 years ago…. I just don't see it coming back until it's paper thin.
Someone stick an s10 in there and see what happens…
The hole in the back might be for data antennas
Waiting for your realme x2 pro review ?
with apple and samsung marketing power , they could release this concept tommorow for thier phones and people would buy it .. i think that would be cool ….
4:49 Not entirely sure why you blacked out the James Corden video
Marques, Why Let the Death God behind you? Very very Creepy !
@7:16 correction: Galaxy fold.. folds in and matex folds out…….
it is an interesting idea, but I don't see it being very useful..
I had a HTZ desire Z 10 years ago. Best phone ever. Actual real keyboard. Would buy again if a modern version was released
Why does Marques hate on LG so much?
a portion of this video?
For anyone wondering which video is blacked out at 4:48, it's James Corden's "Kanye West Airpool Karaoke" video. Not sure why it's blacked out, nothing really embarrassing or secret about it.
Ok ok ok….but WHY do I need it? Nobody can pinpoint a specific legit reason I need to have two displays. Everyone that shows it is like oh look you can move this to there and then move this other thing back over here, and you can have a web browser open on the left and a youtube video on the right, etc. Lol who gives a fuck? Show me why I NEED it. I CAN'T read a webpage AND watch a video at the same time, it's impossible, so why do I need them both open at the exact same time, using up batteries and resources? I'd rather just take the fraction of a second hit and switch apps than deal with this clunky dual screen contraption. It's a "solution" to a problem that doesn't exist. I guess developers could utilize a second screen for some apps, but we're still lightyears away from usable foldable phones, or dual screen phones that don't just feel and look like two phones stuck together. And what about scratch resistance for foldable screens? You can't bend Gorilla Glass. Right now they're just plastic screens. The average user will destroy them in a month. They're not "coming" anytime soon. Not until they solve the problem of a foldable, DURABLE screen, which right now is an oxymoron. Foldability and durability are mutually exclusive regarding phone screens, and will likely remain so for at least a decade.
Great
I'm just waiting for a company to be ambitious and innovative and deliver supreme audio quality in a high spec phone, maybe in a form of a jack?
I think every smartphone should have this case its a real life changer…..love this idea of case
Great thinking from LG – This is why competition is good, just see the progress of foldable phones within a year O: Damn tech involves fast!
camera specs? front facing selfie 32mp folding screen acts as a double view finder … lg will be playing it safe ABCD approach to making phones Audio Battery Camera Display it was a last ditch effort to get some sales from 2019 lost by its lack of marketing and its g8 glitchy hand jedi stuff that killed it … understandable . one thing glitchy the whole phone must be… g8x seems to be a response from LG toward the bad reviews the g8 got example the g8x now has … A stereo speakers B better battery C better sefie camera , and D more display real estate .. sad to see the 3d face id go from the origional g8 . plus the rear cameras have been downgraded a bit .. plus the display down to 1080 p , but you get two of em .. for 700 dolars … 120 less than the g8 debut price … im sure other companies are waiting to see how this concept sells …
